SELECTING A VENTED SET
A Vented Gas Log "set" consist of three elements: Logs; Burner; and Lighting Control. You can accomplish this in two ways using this price list:
“Factory Assembled Burner/Lighting Control”
(1) Select a Control Type: Valve Vanisher (EIS or Millivolt), Match-Lighted, Manual, Remote Ready, Variable Remote, or Millivolt, on Pages 8-23;
(2) Select the Burner Type.
(3) Select correct size by comparing gas line size and dimensions of your firebox with those in the middle column.

(1) Select a Match Lighted/EIS Ready Burner on Page 12-16.
(2a) If Match Lighted, select the correct size comparing the dimensions of your firebox with those in the middle column of the burner listings for the Match Lighted Burners Pages 12-16. - OR -
(2b) If with a Control, select a Safety Lighting Control on Pages 60-61; then find the corresponding Factory Assembled Burner/Control and select the correct size comparing the gas supply size and dimensions of your firebox with those in the middle column of the burner listings. NOTE: No "A La Carte" for LC and LD burners - factory assembled only, as field assembly is problematic and unsupported due to the internal plumbing needed.
(3) Select desired Logs (Pages 2-6) or Alterna Set (Pages 36-39) in the appropriate size to match the burner size.
LOGS FOR VENTED SETS
Requires Hearth Kit and Safety Pilot Kit (where required or desired) to make a complete set.
Rasmussen uses real pieces of wood to develop its log patterns and a painstaking molding process to reproduce the finest detail. Rasmussen logs are of the Ceramic Bonded Refractory Concrete type. Rasmussen uses a high-heat resistant, high-alumina refractory cement with a maximum temperature rating of over 2300 degrees F, lightweight expanded clay aggregates and rigid steel rod reinforcing for strength and durability.
All of Rasmussen’s logs are hand colored with a multi-step (up to six colors) process utilizing environmentally-friendly non-paint-based ceramic colorations, which remain colorfast under fire, and which
do not create any odor when burned.

Large scale set with heavy bark, split and char features. Two piece front log. Good for masonry and larger factory-built fireplaces.
