ALTERNA™ Vented Fire Balls™
About Our Ceramic Stain Coloration
Rasmussen uses our own proprietary, environmentally-friendly ceramic stain coloration, which
differs from paint in the following qualities:
1) Ceramic Stain produces a transparent, non-uniform appearance, as it absorbs
into the material's pores, rather than merely covering the surface of the shape, like paint.
2) Unlike paint, ceramic stain will not burn away under fire. Ceramic stain will age gracefully.
3) Color appearance may vary from piece to piece, enhancing the uniqueness of our products.
4) Darker colors, like Black, Dark Gray, Brown, or Coal, make soot, a natural byproduct
of a yellow pan burner or firepit flame, less noticeable than against the lighter colors.
Color Codes for Smooth Balls and Shapes: •Beige = BE •Black = BL •Brown = BR
•Dark Gray = DG •Light Gray = LG •Natural = NA •Adobe Red = RD
Please suffix above codes to Item Numbers, eg. FB24-NA
